Mindful Bookings ("we", "our", "us") provides internal scheduling and optimization software for clinics. We are committed to protecting your privacy and limiting data collection to what is necessary to deliver and improve the service.

- Operational Scheduling Data: Staff availability, shift preferences, location assignments—entered solely for internal scheduling.
- System Metadata: Basic technical logs for reliability and security (timestamps, performance metrics, error traces). We deliberately avoid collecting unnecessary personal data.
2. What We Do Not Collect
- No ad tracking pixels.
- No sale or rental of any data—ever.
- No third‑party behavioral advertising scripts.
- No unrelated personal profiling.

- Provide and support scheduling optimization features.
- Respond to demo or support requests.
- Improve reliability, performance, and security.
4. Legal Basis (If Applicable)
